Flot collects the information needed to create accounts, authenticate users, deliver app features, prevent abuse, process support requests, and keep the platform secure.
We use account details, device and network metadata, feature activity, and support communications to run Flot, investigate fraud or bugs, enforce community standards, and improve reliability.
We limit sharing to service providers and legal/compliance needs. We retain data only as long as needed for product operation, safety, financial records, and applicable legal obligations.
You can manage your profile details in the app and request account deletion from the in-app Settings screen. For support, reporting, or privacy questions, visit the Help Center.
